HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?
We're creating professional activities, designing bespoke workshops and teaming up with incredible third parties to ensure our delivery has maximum impact with students from across the region. We enable your schools to access these activities - have a look at one such activity here, teaching students about ballroom dancing and pathways into careers in the arts.
PATHWAYS // SKILLS // HIGHER EDUCATION INFO
It's our job to deliver relevant, impartial and useful information to students in our area. We run all kinds of workshops in schools and colleges to help build the knowledge and skills students need in the future. From revision techniques to pathways board games, we're working hard so your students can discover their potential and make the right choices.
Team GB resources!
Encourage 11-18 year olds to build resilience and find their own extraordinary using the inspiration of this year’s Olympic Games, Team GB athletes and the University of Hull. Check out all the resources.
HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?
WE WORK WITH STUDENTS FROM TARGET POSTCODES
As part of Uni Connect, HOP's work is aimed at students from targeted postcodes. The students from these postcodes traditionally perform well at GCSE level but do not progress into further & higher education. Our job is to show these students the benefits of higher education and encourage them to continue learning and growing through targeted outreach and impartial information. This map highlights the wards that have been identified by the OfS (Office for Students) as NCOP target wards - students from these wards are our target cohort for activity and outreach.
